The biggest disappointment since I started buying from Joom. The bracelet looks good. But the pins that need to be removed to fit it to your hand are awful. The connecting pins are hard to use. The tool for removing pins is already cracked. So all in all. Disappointed.
The pins to remove the links are by pressure and not by screw as the image suggests. The tool to get them out is made of plastic and unstable to carry out the operation. The product itself is not bad but I wanted to avoid going to a watchmaker.
I ordered a bracelet that I could adjust as needed, but I received a plain one !!! Thanks to the "customer support" service, they will refund my payment for this order
It arrived earlier then expected and is exactly the same as what the seller has on there site. You can see the 2 pins are also included in the package in the pics 😊 Thank you
