Suggested Use
Mix or shake 10.4g (~1.5 scoops) of BCAA Hyper Clear into 20 oz. of water. Mix 24 oz. of BCAA Hyper Clear with 20-24 oz. (2.5-3 cups) of cold water. Take during your workout or between meals to build or maintain lean muscle mass. Be sure to hydrate properly before, during, and after your workout.
