In addition to the large 44x80mm oval woofer and dual passive radiators for enhanced bass developed specifically for the "FLIP" series, this model features a new 16mm tweeter, creating a true 2-way speaker configuration. The large-diameter woofer reproduces dynamic low frequencies, while the newly installed tweeter delivers crisp high frequencies, dramatically improving sound quality from the previous model.
Even though the housing is 94% more compact than the previous "FLIP 5" model, you can enjoy powerful, high-resolution, clear JBL sound that exceeds its size.

In addition to the waterproof performance of the previous model, the new model now supports dustproof performance to IP67. This expands the range of uses, allowing you to use it comfortably in wet areas such as the bathroom or kitchen at home, as well as in outdoor situations where dust and sand are a concern, such as at the beach or campsite.
The charging port (USB Type-C) on the back of the unit is also waterproof and dustproof, so you can wash the entire unit even if it gets dirty.

The speaker is equipped with the "PartyBoost" function, which allows multiple speakers to be connected together via Bluetooth.
