◾️Product Overview
This is the PRT-3000, a full-metal model from Casio's Pro Trek outdoor watch series, released in 1998. (The PRT-3000 also comes in a stainless steel model, but this is the titanium version.)
Equipped with a barometer/altimeter and thermometer, this watch features twin sensors, allowing you to track weather trends from changes in air pressure and track your altitude while traveling.
It also features a full range of menus that could be measured and displayed on digital watches of the time, including world time, stopwatch, and alarm.
The greatest feature of this model is its full-metal construction, achieved by generously incorporating the casing technology developed for the separate G-Shock MRG series. Both the body and bracelet are made of titanium, and the case back features a screw-back design for superior airtightness.
The striking design of the cylindrical sensor located on the left side of the watch emphasizes that this is not just a digital watch, but an instrument.
What I personally like is the shape of the titanium bracelet, with its large and small links that have been carefully chamfered and beautifully rounded, and the design and comfort of the watch far exceed expectations for a watch of this class.
This is a vintage digital watch from the 1990s with a very high quality feel and a highly reliable industrial product.
