Our Pure Magnesium Flakes are extracted from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands, one of the world’s purest remaining sources of the mineral. Traditionally used to improve skin hydration and provide a soothing effect when added to water baths or foot baths. 1 cup of flakes contains approximately 19 grams of magnesium.
Directions: Foot Bath: Soak approximately 1 cup in 1 gallon of warm water for 20-30 minutes. Large Bath: Dissolve 4 cups in a tub of warm water. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
