How to Use Sprouting Lids Kit?
1. Prepare wide-mouth mason jars with a diameter of 3.39in (86mm). Regular mouth mason jars are not suitable. Put sprout seeds and water in and let them soak for over 8 hours.
2. Pour out the water. Put the sprouting jars upside down on the seed sprouting trays. It can be put into different environments according to the sun preference of different sprout seeds. Bean sprouts can be put in a dark environment. Leafy sprouts can be placed in the sun.
3. Rinse the organic sprouting seeds with water 1-2 times a day. Continue to stand upside down on the sprouting trays after rinsing.
4. After 5-7 days of continuous operation, you can harvest the delicious sprouts you want.
