How to use
Unless otherwise specified, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows several times a day.
Take 1 to 3 glasses (about 1.5 g - 4.5 g) of lemon balm leaves with boiling water (about 150 ml) and drink after about 10 - 15 minutes.
