About Item
Product: Hexagonal handle quick connect brazed glass ceramic marble dry hole opener
Specification: 6/8/10/12/14/16mm (commonly used)
Surface treatment: Electrophoretic blackening
Packaging method: single plastic tube
Handle diameter: 1/4 hexagonal handle, approximately 6.35mm
Process: Brazing
Material quality: brazed high-quality diamond sand+high carbon steel substrate
Characteristic:
1.For ordinary diamond hole openers, the durability, high temperature resistance, and range of use of this brazed hole opener have significantly increased.
2. Hexagonal handle anti slip design, built-in solid lubricating wax, can gradually melt the temperature generated during drilling into wax water, effectively reducing the temperature, lubricating and protecting the drill bit, reducing high temperature burning and increasing the product's usage frequency and lifespan. It is convenient for use on products that cannot be drilled with water. (PS: Can be directly used for dry drilling, but adding water to cool down during drilling still has a better service life)
Scope of use: Glass/Ceramic/Marble/Concrete/Vitrified Tile/Microplastic Stone/Granite/Quartz Stone/Full Ceramic Tile, etc~
Matching models: Conventional hand drill/lithium drill/bench drill/wind drill (angle machine and electric hammer impact drill require conversion of clamp head to use)
Usage:
Please apply appropriate force. Excessive force can easily cause the diamond to crush and fall off. When drilling, it is necessary to shake the hole opener left and right to fully utilize the diamond at the top.
Attention:
When using cooling wax, it will evaporate and be pushed towards the end by the ceramic tiles, causing the diamond at the top to not be fully cooled. It is necessary to replenish the cooling liquid in a timely manner. When the temperature is high, the hole opener can be inserted into the cooling wax 20-30mm and moved up and down appropriately to keep the cooling wax in the wall and replenish it to the cooling wax.
Usage issues:
The hole opener cannot achieve the desired effect analysis. Improper force should not be applied excessively, and cooling wax should not be replenished in a timely manner, causing the diamond to burn out at high temperatures. Overuse or insufficient power of the electric drill and other machines used can lead to problems such as overheating and changes in machine performance. The materials that need to be perforated are different, and even the same material has different textures.
