Adults: Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, take 2-3 times daily with food or on an empty stomach.
Quickest Preparation: Add powder to glass or mug. Add approximately 2-3 oz. hot water. Allow to foam and stir until dissolved. Top with warm or cold water and enjoy. Natural Vitality CALM® can also be conveniently taken in a glass or bottle of cold water.
