[Authentic Swaddle Up Product] Swaddle Up is not a general term for swaddling blankets that allow you to raise your hands, but the brand name of this product. It has been certified safe to wear in Australia. It has been certified by the International Hip Dysplasia Society to allow free movement of the lower body, taking into consideration the risk of hip dislocation. Please note that even if the design is similar, it is Swaddle Up that has received each certification.
[Helps your baby sleep] The swaddling cloth reduces the stimulation caused by the Moro reflex, a natural phenomenon that occurs in babies. It helps babies sleep, who tend to wake up easily with even the slightest stimulation.
[W upper body] By naturally raising your arms like you did when you were in your mother's womb, your baby can take a calming posture. Your arms are not fixed and fist sucking is not disturbed.
[Lower body size M] A roomy design that takes baby's hip joints into consideration, recognized by international organizations. It is certified as a hip-healthy product because it allows the legs to move freely without being fixed. *The International Hip Dysplasia Society is a public non-profit organization that includes doctors and medical scientists.
[Stage development to support your baby] Swaddling is usually used for babies before they start rolling over. Swaddle Up also offers Stage 2, which allows the arms to be exposed, to support a natural step up from the swaddle. If your baby has started rolling over/is showing signs of rolling over, please use Stage 2.
[Organic cotton / for all seasons (1.0TOG / for 20-24℃)] 95% organic cotton, 5% polyurethane. M size for 6-8.5 kg / S size for 3-6 kg. Made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, it is recommended for babies with sensitive skin and as a gift.
[Why it contains polyurethane] By including polyurethane as well as cotton, it has the elasticity to accommodate the baby's movements. The elastic fabric is made with consideration for hip dislocation and hip dysplasia.
[Thin fabric] Not only is it stretchy, but the fabric is also breathable. It wraps around the arms and legs, but is recognized as safe to wear. No need for a futon or blanket, it provides a safer and better sleep for your baby.
