I had to go and find the instructions for setting the time myself, as these weren't provided. After a long search, I finally found it! Package was good, sturdy and quick delivery. Press the bottom button for 4 seconds (approximately) until the digits flash. Then release and single press until time is right. Then press the same button for 4 seconds again and do the minutes. Repeat the same method for all sections. Each new section (i.e hour, minutes, date, year etc) needs a new 4 second press, release and set. See added photo for details.

Super zu tragen nur leider zu gross. Uhrzeit einfach einzustellen. Man drückt lange auf den unteren Knopf bis die obere Zahl blinkt dann drückt man 1 Mal pro Std auf die Taste. Um die Minuten einzustellen wieder lange auf die Taste drücken bis die untere Zahl blinkt dann 1 mal drücken pro Minute. Wenn die Zeit eingestellt wurde lange auf den Knopf drücken.

Very good watch!Only one little minus, on the sun you can't see the time(white colour). But basically i bought them just to know the time at night.I have small baby and i need to know when he is waking up at night.Very soft and good comfortable watch, what i can wear all the night and they doesn't disturb my sleeping.
