Product usage: Important: Please read the correct usage instructions. For adults and children over 6 years old: Use once a day after brushing teeth with toothpaste. Open the cap. Hold the bottle upright, squeeze, and fill to the filling line. When poured, it holds exactly 10ml. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with 10ml of the cleanser for 1 minute and then spit it out. Do not swallow the cleanser. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use. Children under 12 years of age should be instructed in proper rinsing habits to minimize swallowing. Supervise as often as needed until they are able to use the cleaner properly on their own. Children under 6 years of age should be advised by a dental professional or other qualified personnel.
