Product usage: Mix 1 scoop of Super Carb with 12-16 oz of water. Shake well for 30 to 45 seconds. You can take it before, during, or after strenuous exercise as needed for extra energy. When mixing for group consumption, follow these directions: 1 gallon: Mix 10 scoops of Super Carb in 1 gallon of water. Shake well for 30 to 45 seconds. 5 Gallons: Mix 50 scoops of Super Carb into 5 gallons of water. Stir well for 45-60 seconds.
