Is it really possible to treat a customer so disrespectfully??? I admit that it is possible to make a mistake with millimeters, but a mistake of 16 cm, even taking into account their "sorry for 1-2 cm here and there for measuring by hand" - this is already deception and disrespect for the customer !! I contacted customer support with a request to return the entire amount of the order.
