A light spool can reduce the moment of inertia, making it easier to increase the rotation speed, making it easier to handle lightweight lures used in bait finesse etc.
Magnesium material has low corrosion resistance and is not suitable for use in SW, but by applying a special surface treatment, it has achieved corrosion resistance that allows it to be used in SW.
Ceramic ball bearings are used in the spool shaft. Achieves a good start of rotation and a comfortable casting feel.
