Product Description: Mastica Chios is a mastic gum, an extract of the resin of the mastic tree (Pistacia lentiscus) grown on the Greek island of Chios. It has been used traditionally in Ayurveda to support gastrointestinal function.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily on an empty stomach or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Blend capsules, do not mix. Swallow capsules whole.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Capsule (Hypromellose and Purified Water), Sodium Stearyl Fumarate.

Caution
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to plants in the Anacardiaceae family (e.g. pistachios), or allergic reactions occur. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) occurs. Use intermittently only. Consult a physician if taking for more than 2 weeks, if symptoms worsen, if you have diabetes or Crohn's disease, or if you are taking blood sugar-lowering or lipid-lowering medications.
