Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed recommended dose. Individual results may vary.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, starch, stearic acid, vegetable oil. Contains less than 2% of the following ingredients: artificial color (FD&C Yellow No. 6), croscarmellose sodium, gelatin, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, mono/diglycerides, PEG/PVA copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide.
No yeast or artificial flavors.

Important Information: Long-term use of high-dose vitamin A (except from beta-carotene) may increase the risk of osteoporosis in adults. Do not take this product if you are taking other vitamin A supplements.
