How to use: Soothing Nasal Saline Irrigation is easy: Add 1 packet of Nasaline® salt to 1 cup (240 ml/8 oz) of warm water. Add saline solution to Nasaline® applicator. Slowly push saline solution into nostril and it will flow out the other nostril. Use 1-2 times daily or as directed by your doctor. Use distilled or sterile water to make saline solution.
