Product Introduction: This handmade amazake is made exclusively with rice grown in western Japan, produced at our factory in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture. It's completely alcohol-free, making it safe for children and pregnant women. Packed with digestive enzymes, it's so highly absorbable it's often referred to as a "drinkable IV drip," helping to prevent summer fatigue. It also retains the unique nutritional value of brown rice, which is difficult to absorb normally. Enjoy it as a porridge substitute, adding ginger. All of our amazake is in paste form, so you can spread it on bread as jam or use it as a sweetener when making sweets. Directions: Dilute 2-5 times with cold water, hot water, milk, soy milk, etc. Caution (Disclaimer): Please read carefully. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
