【On-road performance-focused shaft drive 4WD chassis】 The motor is mounted in a front midship position and transmits power via equal-length propeller shafts from the spur gear located in the center of the vehicle. This is a 4WD touring car chassis designed primarily for paved road driving. It is equipped with 39T gear diffs at both ends, and additionally, a 40T gear is included. The drive distribution can be altered by changing the gear combinations. Furthermore, weight is concentrated in the center, narrowing the chassis width. The lower deck is made from high rigidity carbon reinforced resin, and the double wishbone independent suspension features aluminum oil dampers specific to XV-02RS.
